Governor Fallin Veterans Day Statement

Governor Mary Fallin released the following statement concerning Veterans Day 2012:

“My sincerest and deepest thanks go out to every man and woman who has worn the uniform of the United States Military, as well as their families. These are Oklahoma’s true heroes, and we will never forget their dedication, service and sacrifice.”

“This Veterans Day, I’m asking all Oklahomans to join me in remembering and honoring these great individuals. If you see a veteran, thank them for their service. Pray for those who are today serving in the military, as well as their families. Let us all take a moment to reflect on how lucky we are to live in a country for which so many have sacrificed so much to protect.”
